During your complementary denture consultation, we’ll conduct a thorough examination of your oral cavity. We’ll also examine your head and neck, soft tissue, bone density, current denture stability, as well as the structural integrity of your denture and bite. From there, our denturist may suggest:
Complete dentures
A full set of artificial teeth for patients who are completely edentulous (no remaining natural teeth)
Immediate dentures
These are be worn during the healing period while waiting for complete or partial dentures.
Soft liners
Sometimes these are needed if your gums are flat with little to no ridge, you have gums with thin tissues over bony areas, or you experience chronically sore gums. During your consultation, our denturist will decide if a soft liner is right for you.
Partial dentures
For patients who have 2 or more missing teeth, a partial framework will be constructed. While there are various types of metals that can be used for partial dentures, our denturist will decide during your consultation which one is right for your mouth.
Relines
For when there’s a change in your bone and tissues due to shrinkage. An impression of your mouth will be taken so a new acrylic base material can be added to your denture to produce a correct fit. While the appearance of your denture will not change, a reline in our office is an all-day process. Typically, you will drop your denture off in the morning and come pick it up shortly before closing.
Mouth guards
Whether it’s involuntary or habitual, teeth grinding and jaw clenching can wear down your teeth. To help protect them, custom-fitted mouth guards can be worn while you sleep.
Teeth whitening
Just like natural teeth, your artificial teeth can become stained over time. We offer teeth whitening and denture cleaners to help keep your smile bright and white.

If your dentures are fractured or damaged, we can help restore them close to their original condition.

If you are completely edentulous but your jaw bone is strong enough, implant-retained dentures are the best option for optimum tooth replacement.
